Current Fundraising Efforts

  • Dream it.

Every viable community must have access to fresh food and household staples. The vision for LCCF was to be the parent organization that steps up and forms the operating entity for the new grocery store.

The dream has become a reality with the formation of a subsidiary to the Foundation. Lane County Community Grocery, Inc., a registered C Corp. in the state, has been formed and will be operated and overseen by a seven-member Board of Directors.

  • Build it.

The new store will be located at 326 E. Long St. next to the car wash, where the old Dart-In convenience store resided.

This 8,000 sq. ft. facility will provide a fully stocked grocery store for shoppers, including fresh meat and produce, frozen foods, bakery items, household items, grab-and-go food including pizza, and a coffee bar.

LCCF will own the building and lease the building to Lane Co. Community Grocery, Inc.
