The Lane County Community Foundation is proud to partner with Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to put free books into the hands and hearts of children in Lane County. Every enrolled child receives a carefully chosen, age-appropriate book in the mail each month from birth until their fifth birthday — at no cost to your family, ever.

Reading together builds vocabulary, kindergarten readiness, and a lifelong love of learning — and there’s nothing quite like a little one running to the mailbox to find a book with their own name on it.
